Moose is a Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Ring Boxing Community Singapore. Moose has over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. His specialization includes boxing training and competition preparation, strength & conditioning for sports performance, general fitness, rehabilitation of sports injuries and strength training. He is certified in Basic Exercise Course by the Singapore Sports Council, Fitness Innovation (Personal Trainer) by the American Council Exercise, International Kickboxing Level 1 &2, TRX Trainer, VIPR Certified Level 1 Group Class Trainer, Rehab Trainer for Sports Injuries and Master Rehab Trainer by Rehab Essential and IKFF Level 1 Kettle bell Trainer. Prior to joining the Ring, Moose has worked in the hospitality industry as a bartender. During his free time, Moose enjoys skateboarding, movies and soccer.
