Learn strength training and work out those muscles at our first all-women class starting January 2016! This weekly class will tone your body and is suitable for beginners and those ready to kickstart your fitness regime!
Date: Every Monday (from 18 January 2016 onwards)
Time: 10:00AM to 11:00AM
- Open to females aged 18 years and above.
- You must be a Sports Hub Gym member.
- Pay per entry applies to non 30-day Gym Pass holders.
- A minimum of 2 participants is required for session to commence.
- Each session caters for a maximum of 6 participants.
- No walk-ins will be entertained.
