Sundays at the park is a good initiative set forth by the Health Promotion Board which centres on promoting a healthier lifestyle for Singaporeans all around the Island. Hosting plenty of fitness activities, this weekly exercise is sure to get u trim and fit as we approach the latter half of the year. Activities such as Zumba fitness, Street Jam and Mind Body Blend will be carried out by professional instructors who have the experience of coaching people in the respective sports. These activities are far more fun than your average running and swimming cardio so it puts a fun twist on our weekly cardio activities. If you find yourself free on most Sundays, I advise you to invest some time in some of these weekly activities

The Swing Singapore ft. a Zumba Fitness Party

2 Orchard Link

Saturday, 19th August 2017, 7pm

Major throwback alert! Not many of us will remember the huge hit party that was organized back in 1988. Most of Orchard Road was closed for that party and it became one of the biggest street parties that Singapore had ever seen up to that point. The Swing Singapore featuring a brand new Zumba fitness party is set to happen on the 19th of August at 2 Orchard link. The fun begins at 7pm sharp and it aims to commemorate our nation’s birthday with a night of heart pumping music and dance. Since this is a major throwback event, the organizers are encouraging all participants to come down in their best retro outfits. This event is open to all ages so grab your friends and family and head on down to the festivities in town. Check out the link for more details and sign up as soon as you can!
